What you haul decides how the system looks.
A container company and a crane company are different businesses, and most software forces them into one generic template. In TruckFlow each operation gets its own screens, fields, and pricing — on one board and in one system.
Dirt and building-material hauling
Haul dirt, gravel, base course, and quarry material in bulk — weighbridge tickets, run cycles, and unload notes straight from the field.
Full support for weighbridge slips. Net weight (gross minus tare) is calculated automatically and billed from the customer or site price list.
Live tracking of trucks looping between the dig site and the dump. The dispatcher sees how many runs were completed today and how many remain.
At month end, one consolidated invoice for the contractor lists every delivery note, weighbridge number, and truck that did the haul.
Containers and construction-waste removal
Who has a container, for how many days, and what it costs them. Run a container and rolloff fleet — and stop losing containers on job sites that were never billed for days on site.
Exact tracking of the three basic states: drop-off (placed on site), pick-up (final removal), and swap (empty a full container and leave an empty one in its place).
The system counts days on site from the moment the driver drops the container. Past the days included in the deal? The daily rental is added to the invoice automatically.
Record the dump site, track disposal permits required under business-licensing rules, and document the exact tipping fee for every unload.
Crane and lifting services
A crane is sold by the hour — the board shows hours, not trips. Run crane trucks, complex lifts, and heavy equipment with exact hourly pricing and a dedicated work log.
Not a one-off trip — a work window: arrival time on site, finish time, and actual hours in 15-minute steps.
Match the right machine to the job: boom crane, man-basket, lift capacity in meters and tons, and a certified operator with a valid license.
A minimum call-out (for example 3 hours) is available now. Automatic overtime at the agreed rate is coming soon. Coming soon
Material sales and quarry
One note, several materials, a retail price. Sell and deliver quarry material, sand, gravel, mortar, base course, and blocks — from the yard or the site, on one multi-line note.
A contractor orders several materials on one delivery? One note holds every line — sand, gravel, and haulage — without splitting into separate notes.
Separate price lists: a contractor list with agreed discounts, and a retail price for walk-up customers. The right price is pulled automatically.
Coming soon: track quantities that left the quarry or the yard by project, and produce detailed draw reports for contractors at the end of each week or month.
Most of our customers do more than one thing.
An owner running dirt tippers, a container rolloff, and a crane truck does not need three separate programs, three different driver apps, and three billing interfaces.
The dispatcher sees all activity on one screen, the driver uses the same simple app for every job type, and at month end the customer gets one accurate consolidated invoice — organized by site and delivery note.
